We have wide range of applications because of which many industries use our system. This include physical property evaluation of polymer materials used in various advanced scientific fields such as quality control in aircraft and automobile industries, differentiation of rubber, paint, paper in forensic investigations, and identification of environmental pollutants such as microplastics. Most common techniques used in these industries are Evolved Gas Analysis, Thermal Desorption (TD-GCMS) and Flash Pyrolysis (Py-GCMS). Auto-Shot Sampler (AS-1020E)
The Auto-Shot sampler automates a continuous analysis of up to 48 samples. Operations can be made continuously or randomly using various analysis modes such as Single-shot analysis, Double-shot analysis, Evolved gas analysis, Heart-cut EGA analysis.
MicroJet Cryo-Trap (MJT-1035E)
A cryo-focusing device that traps low-boiling-point compounds by liquid nitrogen cooling in GC oven. With this device installed, liquid nitrogen is sprayed as a jet stream on the head of a separation column in GC oven. The targeted compounds are trapped there.
F-Search system Ver. 3.6
The F-Search system is an excellent tool for the pyrolysis scientist. It is mass spectral search software that identifies polymers and additives based on EGA thermograms and pyrograms obtained using a pyrolysis GC/MS system. The system consists of search software and four libraries.
Selective Sampler (SS-1010E)
This device introduces the gases released from any temperature zone in the evolved gas curve (thermogram) obtained by a Multi-Shot Pyrolyzer or thermogravimetric analyzer (TG) into the separation column. This device enable EGA Heart-cut analysis of polymeric materials
Micro UV irradiator (UV-1047Xe)
It is powerful tool for early evaluation of weather resistance of polymeric materials. It uses a xenon lamp to provide UV light intensity about 2000 times stronger than that of a deuterium lamp. This reduces the time necessary to acquire meaningful data reflecting the degradation of the sample.
Carrier Gas Selector
An inert gas such as He is generally used for the analysis and carrier gas for pyrolysis GC (Py-GC). However, recently air is often used as a carrier gas for pyrolysis analysis in research of environmental pollution control. Theoretically, air can be used in the present devices. This device enables carrier gas switching.
